Note: Your order arrives during workdays, between 10am and 6pm. Delivery process starts when we you receive an order payment-acceptation confirmation e-mail from the financial service you have chosen, and an order confirmation e-mail from ZEMA Jewels ( [email protected] ).
We provide express delivery: from 24 hours up to five workdays.During COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot provide a warrant for You to get Your order within 24-72 hrs.

NOTE: In case you will not be able to pick up the package from the courier in the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notice. (The courier will call you before pick up time, to cross-check)
The courier will attempt to deliver the package two times, afterwards you will have the obligation to repay the shipping costs in order to receive the item.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier acquires the physical possession of the goods.
