ZEMA collects and processes personal data of

However, personal data can also be collected indirectly, like for example when ZEMA requests third parties to act as processors, such as for example our partners ( including wholesalers, dealers, retailers, suppliers and further business partners such as customer services vendors) and also namely when the customer making the purchase does not correspond with the person benefiting from the purchase or if the purchase is shipped to a different person (e.g. as a gift), based on the recommendation of a third party (e.g. recommendation by family or friends of the customers).

– Data which was collected in connection with a customer program(only registered customers); such as number of membership, access codes, including passwords(one-way encryption only), preferred language(UNDER MAINTENANCE), number of gift certificate(coupon code,gift card codes etc.), information concerning the recipient of a gift, number of visits of the website, purchase history and products acquired.
– Data of users of the website, who do not register with ZEMA such as a visitor, but may constitute personal data for example with social media (visitor data), the provisions of this notice regarding data collected from a customer in connection with the use of the website shall apply accordingly even though the identification of a visitor usually is not possible for ZEMA.

The following categories of personal data is transferred (to process by) to PayPal Inc., or Stripe Inc. :
-Data pertaining to orders and purchases including but is not limited to payment information, billing address, products and services ordered and purchased, amount of payment due to customer.

Within the framework of their business relationship, customers will be required to provide customer data necessary for the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship and the fulfilment of the associated contractual obligations or required by law.
Without this data, ZEMA will generally NOT be able to conclude or execute the contract with the respective customer. This also applies analogously to the partner data as far as business relations with the wholesalers, dealers, retailers, suppliers and business partners of ZEMA are concerned with; these in principle cannot be concluded and processed without information on their employees and other contacts. As any access to the website is logged, connection data such as the IP address, will always be logged; this is done automatically during the use and cannot be deactivated.
At the request of the data subject, ZEMA restricts data management if (I) the person concerned disputes the accuracy of the personal data. In such a situation the limitation refers to the period that allows the accuracy of the personal data to be verified, or (II) the data controller no longer requires the data for management purposes, but the data subject requests, on the other hand the data subject requests data for submission, validation or protection of legal claim, or (III) the person objected to the data management.

The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate personal data that are handled by ZEMA and the addition of incomplete data.
ZEMA shall delete personal data relating to (I) personal data no longer needed for the purpose, were collected or processed, (II) the data subject withdraws the acquiescence which on the data based and the processing has no any legal basis, (III) the data have been treated unlawfully, (IV) personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation under the European Union, or the Hungarian law applicable to the controller.
Delete of the datas can’t be initiated if the data controlling is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information fulfillment of an obligation under European Union or the Hungarian law governing the processing of personal data by the controller or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority conferred on the controller; for public health or archiving, scientific and historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, in the public interest or legal claims.
On the one hand, ZEMA uses session cookies which are automatically erased when the user closes the website and which enable the server to establish a stable connection to the user as long as she/he browses on the website.
On the other hand, permanent cookies which are only erased after a period defined per website are used. Permanent cookies allow saving certain settings (e.g. the content of a shopping cart) for several sessions or allow for an automated login. The user consents to the application of permanent cookies by way of using the website and the respective functions (e.g. language settings and automated log-in). The user may block the application of cookies on his browser or delete cookies there which may, however, impair the use of the website.
In accordance with applicable law, ZEMA may install coding in newsletters and other marketing email which allow it to determine if the recipient has opened the email in question or downloaded pictures contained in the email in question. ZEMA will not disclose personal data to such companies, i.e. they shall only place a permanent cookie with users of the website in order to recognize users and do so in the sole interest of ZEMA.
