Fine porcelain is a combination of feldspar, quartz, and kaolin. These materials are fired in a kiln at temperatures up to 1400°C. To get the shiniest material possible, we added fluid glass and our secret eco-conscious ingredients.

The making of a ZEMA piece could take weeks or months. Brand new styles and patterns need a pilot project: the firing times and methods can only be perfected after testing. This is also true for the choice of colors. After the color match and material tests, production takes its place. The manufacturing starts with the fluid porcelain and ends with the beautiful piece of art. We put the jewelry into the kiln 4-7 times before we let it cool from around 1240 degrees.
The ZEMA jewelry is being produced in our eco-conscious manufactory in Kossuth str.133, Pálháza 3994.
ZEMA jewels act like any other, proper handling cannot cause any kind of damage to the product. Although the jewelry is not shockproof or scratch-resistant, it is necessary to treat your jewelry carefully.
It is advised to keep your jewelry safe and store them in a safe place (ZEMA box, jewelry box etc.):
While housekeeping, washing hands, dishwashing, gardening, doing exercises, fitness, in sulfur containing medicinal water, and swimming pool.
Take care of:
Do not drop them on a hard surface, it can cause damage.
Do not hit your jewels with metal, or hard elements.
Do not blow perfume on your jewels, and do not apply any kind of lotion, while wearing them.
Cleaning: only with a soft, microfiber cleaning cloth. Wipe carefully.

ZEMA Jewels offers a warranty for jewelry with manufacturing defects. These are immediately recognized by our experts in our in-house service department and you will receive a new piece of jewelry on presentation of the receipt issued at the time of purchase. We do not cover damage caused by improper handling or wear. Of course, you can have your ZEMA piece repaired with us regularly.
