The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the items, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform ZEMA about the decision to withdraw from purchase contract by an irrevocable statement using the withdrawal form.
If the customer had submitted the withdrawal form, it will be automatically processed to our e-mail system, then the customer will get a confirmation e-mail of the accepted withdrawal. In case the confirmation letter will not be delivered back to the customer’s e-mail, then please send an e-mail, which contains the same details as the withdrawal form, to [email protected]
The customer shall send back the items without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 work days from the day on which the customer got the confirmation e-mail about the withdrawal of the purchase in question.
The customer will has to bear the whole cost of returning the items. ZEMA is in a partnership with DHL Express as an Express Shipping partner.
The withdrawal return deadline is met if the customer sends back the items within the period of 10 days from the day on which the customer has got the confirmation e-mail about the withdrawal from the purchase in question.

If the customer withdraws from the purchase in question, we shall reimburse all received payments, except the costs of delivery.
The payment will not be refunded until the identical items are received, or the customer has supplied sufficient evidence( f.e. according to our policies, a bill of delivery is not meant to be such as a sufficient evidence, in case of a falsification ) of having the items sent back, whichever comes first. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
The items must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION to allow us to resell them. All returned items have to be returned in their original packaging including tags, and everything the packaging contains. The customer is RESPONSIBLE for any diminished value of items resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if the customer was assessing them in a shop.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to ZEMA in an unsuitable condition or outside the prescribed deadlines, we reserve the right NOT TO refund the amount of the purchase in question.
The customer can return the purchased item and subsequently make a new purchase.
